We stumbled upon this restaurant while traveling to visit my parents in NH, and boy am I glad we did. Although you wouldn't expect a restaurant to be housed in an antique house like the one it's in, it adds to the charm of the place.
The food is delicious, the portions are a good size, and the price is great. Service is so nice, and it feels like a family business (it probably is?).
For starters get the bread with hummus! This hummus was honestly the best hummus I've ever had in my life. And to think, we found it in NH! -
Does I.
So far the best middle eastern restaurant I've ever been to in New England for appetizers (only). Best hummus ever, babaganoush - wow! So this is how it is really supposed to taste like. The lavash bread - wow! So this is how it tastes back in Turkey!!! Amazingly fresh baked.
We noticed many people just ordered the appetizers and were happy with it.
The main lunch course was a let down. Definitely had a lot better main course elsewhere. It was oily, rice did not taste great, lamb was too dry and not juicy at all - did not feel fresh to me - definitely have had much better.
Pretty sad that the main course was a let down.
What they should do is to add the bread to their main course and tweak the menu and prepare differently. I think they should visit other restaurants - and they can get a good idea of how to improve the food. For example pretty much every Persian restaurant we have been to - the main course was better - like Sabzi, or Shiraz. Even the Mediterranean restaurant in Framingham - main course is a lot better, although the appetizers here were better than at any other restaurant we have been to before.
The bread is better than any other restaurant. So, my advice is to keep up the good cooking and get some inspiration from elsewhere to improve the main course.
This place could very well become the best middle eastern restaurant in all of the Boston area with a few tweaks so it is definitely worth one visit. -

Really glad we came upon this place on a quiet Monday night. Delicious food, reasonable prices and great service. We will certainly be back!! I have included 3 pics, take a look. Casual and calming, a nice couples night out!

Going off of other reviews, I was very excited to try this restaurant while traveling. It's a cute place and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I was not however impressed with their food. It is average at best. I was expecting much better than that. Small portions for their dinner plates and their salad looked like they threw it together. Wish I could write better, but again it was a big disappointment.

We went here today for the first time. We have wanted to try it for a long time. It's kind of small, but very cozy. Perfect for a date night or any special occasion. Restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean.
Our waitress was very nice and very knowledgeable. We all ordered the Turkish hot tea which was served in a very small glass mug. It was very delicious. I do not know if they offer refills or not. I was tempted to ask because it was so good, but since I had water I didn't.
We ordered lavash bread and the appetizer that gave you a little bit of everything. It was amazing! I did not care for the eggplant stuff or the grape leaves (although the filling was delicious) but loved the hummus and salsa. I ordered the chicken doner and my husband and daughter in law ordered the lamb doner. We all enjoyed our meals very much. The meat was seasoned perfectly and was very tender. It was served on a bed of rice with salad on the side. I just stirred it all together.
Although after eating all that we were very full, we decided to share the rice pudding. It was a very large portion and not to small for the three of us to share. It was so good! Very creamy and rich. We did not walk away hungry. We crawled away, very full.
This is not a cheap place to eat, our bill was almost 90 dollars, but honestly it was worth it. No, I won't be able to come all the time, but I will be back as soon as I can find an occasion to celebrate. If you are in the area and want something different, you should give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
